Changing the design of the website was the easy part. Getting everything working afterwards took a little time! I am now fairly confident that everything is now fully functional.
I have added a few functions to the website – something that is made fairly easy with TNG via the addition of Mods created by myself and others. One of the new functions is the Ancestor Map. It shows a map with all the places for that person’s ancestors. The map can be viewed from the Ancestor tab for an individual.
Another useful function is the ability for the person viewing an individual to submit a photo of the individual or a document about him/her. Simply enter your name, email address, select the file you want to upload, add a little detail about the file and the source and off you go.
