From FreeBMD we get an interesting note that in Dec 1888, the deaths of Jane Aspinall aged 71 and Jane Aspinall aged 51 are recorded in Barton I, vol 8c, pages 445 and 436 respectively. Could these be the deaths of Hatfield's wife and mother?
